Regarding the use of our villa

Reservations to our villa can only be made by customers who are at least 18 years of age (for those who are under 20 years of age, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.)

Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) to 18:00 (6:00 PM), and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if check-in will be delayed.

The recommended number of guests is 2 to 8 people. Please contact us in advance if you need accommodation for more than 8 people.

Please feel free to use the equipment and supplies provided and please return them to their original position after use.

Please refrain from using incense and other strong-smelling items including katorisenko (Japanese mosquito coils) inside the room.

Please refrain from taking our towels, tableware, and appliances home with you.

Please note that if there is any damage to the building or equipment during your stay, you will be charged the actual cost for the repair. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Only guests with a reservation are allowed to enter the room. If there is a change in the number of guests, please inform us before check-in. If you bring an unauthorized person into the room without permission, you will be asked to pay an additional fee equal to the amount of the reservation fee.

Since we are located in a place surrounded by nature, there are many insects. For this reason we will prepare insect repellents, etc., but please understand that we do not take any responsibility for bug bites. We thank you for your understanding.

Please refrain from launching fireworks and other disruptive activities as they will cause trouble for the neighboring residents. (Small, hand-held sparklers are ok.)

We do not take responsibility for any trouble/conflict involving neighboring residents.

Please note that you may be asked to move out if there is a complaint/report from a neighboring resident.

If you have any lost items at the villa please contact us as soon as possible. Items left behind will be disposed of 3 days after check-out.

Indoor BBQ is prohibited. We do not recommend BBQ in winter because there are many days with strong winds.

The following cancellation fee will be charged depending on the number of days before the date of reservation:

・The day of the reservation date: 100% of the reservation fee
・The day before reservation date: 80% of the reservation fee
・2-3 days before reservation date: 50% of the reservation fee
・4-7 days before reservation date: 20% of the reservation fee
