Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately we are unable to make accommodations for pets. -
How many people can stay?
The standard rate for a reservation applies for up to 8 adults. Please contact us in advance when making a reservation for more than 8 people. For 9 or more people, the following additional charge(s) will apply:
・ \2,200 (tax incl.) for adults (junior high/middle school students and above).
・ \1,100 (tax incl.) for elementary/primary school students.
・ Free of charge for preschoolers.

Can I bring my own futon/bedding?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own futon/bedding.
We also rent out an additional set of single bedding for \2,200 (tax included). -
Can I bring my own portable cooking stove and ingredients?
Yes, you can bring your own cooking equipment/utensils and food ingredients.

Can I rent a BBQ grill?
Yes, we provide the option to have BBQ tools available for an additional cost of \2,200 (including tax). The equipment/tools provided include a Konro charcoal grill (Japanese open-flame grill), gridiron, tongs, fire-safe chopsticks, 3 kg (6.6 lbs) of charcoal, and firelighter.

When should I contact about renting marine sports equipment?
If you would like to rent equipment to enjoy marine sports such as SUP and kayaking, we recommend that you please contact us at least 3 days before your reservation to ensure that the equipment will be available to you on time (requesting on the day of may result in unavailability or delay).

How many parking spaces are available?
We have a large parking space that can accommodate more than 5 cars.

What kitchen appliances and utensils are provided?
Kitchen appliances:
IH (induction heating) stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, electric kettle
Kitchenware:
cutting board, kitchen knife, peeler, kitchen scissors, frying pan, saibashi (long chopsticks for cooking and serving), ladle, spatula, bowl, mat for pots. -
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 14:00 (2:00 PM) till 18:00 (6:00 PM). Check-out is until 10:00 (10 AM). Please contact us in advance if check-in will be delayed.

How much do I pay for the cancellation fee?
The following cancellation fee will be charged depending on the number of days before the date of reservation:
・ The day of the reservation date: 100% of the reservation fee
・ The day before reservation date: 80% of the reservation fee
・ 2-3 days before reservation date: 50% of the reservation fee
・ 4-7 days before reservation date: 20% of the reservation fee
